As consumers, we buy products and services on a daily basis. Normally everything functions smoothly, but sometimes the goods we receive are faulty, or the service was not provided as intended. Often in these cases it is crucial to quickly contact the seller and make a complaint so that you get a replacement product, get the problem fixed or get your money back. It is important that you contact the seller as soon as possible in order not to lose your rights. Two months from the time you discovered the problem is considered to be a reasonable time period.  You can also ask for damages if the problem with the good or service has resulted in expenses for you, or if the good has caused damages on your other property.

We would be happy to give you advice and to help you write a complaint to the seller. The fixed price for the advice and the complaint is 800 SEK. If your matter is very complicated, it is possible that the fixed price listed above is not applicable. In that case we will give you a new proposal for a fixed price that reflects the added complexity.
