Our Services
Linclaw's strength lies in its unique operating model, which enables us to provide you with legal services at rates much more economical than those of other law firms. We provide two types of services, (i) legal out-sourcing services and (ii) project-based legal support.
Legal out-sourcing services
Our main service offering is our out-sourced legal function package, which provides you with a full-fledged in-house legal support at a fixed monthly price. The out-sourced service is particularly well-suited for small and medium sized enterprises that do not yet have an established in-house legal function, but it is also helpful for companies that wish to out-source parts of their in-house legal services in a cost-efficient manner.
Project-based legal support
In addition to the full-fledged service, we can help you on a project basis with any types of legal issues you might have. Examples of other types of services we specialise in include:
- Contract drafting & review. We can help you draft the contracts you need in your daily business and advise you on the legal implications of the contracts your customers and partners wish you to enter into.
- Legal opinions. Sometimes what you need is to know whether the law allows you to do what you are planning. We are happy to provide you with a legal opinion setting out the legal risks of your plan and suggested solutions for minimising those risks.
- Open source compliance. One of our specialisms is open source compliance. We have the tools and knowledge to conduct open source due diligence on all types of Open Source software components and are happy to provide you with due diligence reports on the results.
- Antitrust compliance and merger control. We can help you with both all antitrust issues as well as merger control procedures in all jurisdictions we operate in.
- EU law advice. In the European Union companies need to be aware of EU law rules governing their business. EU law is supreme over national law, and therefore it is vital to ensure that your business both complies with EU legislation and knows the benefits it offers.
- Legal training. An important part of compliance is ensuring that your employees know what the relevant rules are. We are happy to provide you with legal training on the topic of your choosing.
