Power of Attorney

When you want to let someone carry out tasks or run errands for you it may be good and sometimes necessary to give a power of attorney. A power of attorney can be given orally or in writing, by handing over the power of attorney to the person who will carry out the assignment. A power of attorney can be given for a single specific task (a so called simple power of attorney) or it can include all the actions that the person giving the power of attorney is authorized to take (a so called general power of attorney).

The power of attorney can be limited in time or it can be valid until further notice. An oral power of attorney can be recalled by an oral or written message to the person holding the power of attorney. A written power of attorney is recalled by physically taking the power of attorney from the holder,  or by making sure that it is being destroyed.

If your matter is very complicated, it is possible that the fixed price listed above is not applicable. In that case we will give you a new proposal for a fixed price that reflects the added complexity.
